Help for the Handicapping Tools Menu Bar Item
When you select the "Help" command a notepad window will popup and it contains some information for each of the Tools listed to the left side of this display. By using this User's Guide you can obtain more insight and more clarity because in the User's Guide we're showing screen shots as these tools are described.
It is highly recommend that you read about the "Select_Standard_Method" feature as this feature explains those items in common with the other four Handicapping Methods of QuickHorse - listed to the left hand side of this page. Information about these items in common are not repeated in the User's Guide Sections on those other Handicapping Methods.
